Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and trained at the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, Chef Fernando Arévalo has worked alongside culinary legends like Daniel Boulud and Mario Batali. With over a decade of experience leading world-class kitchens in Singapore, Chef Fernando is on a mission to showcase the beauty and diversity of Latin American cuisine.
Latido is the culmination of his lifelong dream to bring the flavors of Colombia to the global stage, combining innovation with tradition to create dishes that push boundaries while honoring cultural roots.
